These are shelled black walnut grown in my backyard in Iowa. They have been hulled, cleaned and shelled. These walnuts are ready to eat or bake your favorite recipe. Black walnuts have a stronger taste and smell. The best way to store these walnuts is in the refrigerator or freezer. They will keep for a year in the refrigerator and over a year in the freezer.
